Remodeling of a warehouse / distribution facility in Biloxi, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the remodel of a warehouse / distribution facility.

The required goods or services are described in Attachment A - Scope of Work, which is incorporated into this RFP by reference. Warehouse plans and elevations are provided for reference. All dimensions are approximate and must be field verified by the proposer. The facility includes obstructions including structural columns and overhead ductwork which must be considered in system design and layout. All work shall be performed strictly in accordance with Attachment A as written or changed by Addendum, without modification, substitution, or deviation unless approved in writing by BHA. All questions must be submitted in writing by mail or email no later than 5:00 P.M. on March 31, 2026. The Biloxi Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified and responsible vendors to provide design, layout, supply, and installation of warehouse racking, shelving, and bin systems at BHA-owned warehouse facilities located at 2130 Pass Road, Biloxi, Mississippi. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package labeled with "WAREHOUSE DESIGN PROJECT RFP#WDP03.26" and the Proposer's name. No faxed or emailed proposals or amendments will be accepted. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The award will be made using a best value approach. Biloxi Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
