Renovation of a municipal facility in New Canaan, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a new accessible ramp and stairs. Specification documents are available at the Department of Public Works Office or by contacting the Facilities Superintendent. A mandatory site visit is required for this project. Bids must remain valid for 90 days after opening. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive defects, or accept any bid deemed in its best interest. The contract award is contingent upon the approval of required governmental agencies and the appropriation of adequate funds by the proper agencies. Work must commence promptly upon award.
