Project includes but is not limited to the complete removal and replacement of existing roof and insulation across entire school building. Existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and other rooftop equipment has been identified through the roof areas. Equipment and curbs are to be removed and reinstalled as indicated throughout the drawings. Structural drawings have been included for existing roof deck repair. Roof access ladders to be installed and replaced as indicated on drawings. Sealed bids shall be addressed to Marcin Michalski, Director of Facilities, 1798 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19804. The outer envelope should clearly indicate: "OMB/DFM CONTRACT NO. 2-26-53 - BRANDYWINE SPRINGS SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT - SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN."
