Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Contractor to provide the following: MWBE Utilization Plan, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy Statement, Workforce Employment Utilization Report, and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Utilization Goals: MBE Utilization Goal of 18% and WBE Utilization Goal of 12%. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified/ bank check, made payable to The County of Onondaga. Bids with inadequate bid security will be declared informal. *The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid informalities or to reject any or all bids.
