The work includes the construction of approximately: Traffic control, excavation (8,500 CY), cement soil stabilization (15,000 SY), aggregate base class 5 (4,800 CY), concrete curb and gutter (5,200 LF), bituminous pavement (1.5-2.5, 36,700 SY), 6 7 concrete driveway (1,600 SY), 4 6 concrete walk (20,000 SF), sod (6,000 SY), 6 sanitary service (1,200 LF), 8 sanitary sewer (2,500 LF), 48 sanitary manhole (100 LF), 6 8 watermain (2,500 LF), 1 water service (1,200 LF), hydrant (4 EA), 6 perforated pipe drain (5,200 LF), 12 30 storm sewer (2,400 LF), drainage structures (175 LF). Question Deadline 03/26/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
