The contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install fire hydrants, storm drain pipes, manholes, catch basins, curb & gutter, flatwork, landscaping, sprinkler system, reconstruct specified streets, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
