Schedule A: 680 linear feet of paved roadway on North F Street from East Young Street to Oakhurst Drive in Elma, Washington. These improvements include roadway excavation; removal of existing storm utilities, catch basin and storm drain piping installations; installation of bioretention facilities; installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveways, ADA ramps; full depth pavement reclamation and cement treated base; HMA Pavement; signing; striping. Schedule B: Installation of approximately 20 linear feet of 4-inch water main, 35 linear feet of 6-inch water main, 665 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 3 fire hydrants, water services, valves, fittings, and appurtenances, abandonment of existing water utilities, and restoration along F Street, as shown on the Plans and as specified herein. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
