Renovation of an educational facility in Olean, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bidders are invited to submit bids for the Olean CSD Capital Outlay Project 2025-27 at the Olean Intermediate Middle School, which consists of light fixture replacement throughout the school. Bids will be received for the Electrical Contract. Bidders must submit a bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after bid opening. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids, and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. A prebid conference will be held at the project site, and prospective bidders are requested to attend. Bid documents are available for examination and review at designated plan rooms and online sources. Question Deadline 03/25/2026 All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Laert Hoxha at lhoxha@youngandwright.com, Christal Smith at csmith@youngandwright.com and Matthew Cummings at mcummings@youngandwright.com with the email subject Olean CSD COP 2025-27 Pre-Bid RFI at least seven days prior to the bid opening. Estimated Range $75,000-80,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
