All quantities are approximate and subject to the needs of the municipality. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
