The Burke County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assist in the planning, design, procurement, and installation of a video surveillance system across multiple county facilities. This work is located in Waynesboro, GA. 4. Scope of Work The selected vendor shall provide the following services: Planning and Design Conduct on-site facility assessments Provide recommended camera placement diagrams Recommend camera models appropriate for indoor and outdoor environments Ensure coverage of entrances, exits, parking areas, hallways, and other designated areas Identify any required network or electrical infrastructure upgrades The County reserves the right to: Reject any or all proposals Request additional information from vendors Negotiate pricing or scope with selected vendors Award the project in whole or in part Any questions regarding this RFP may be directed to: IT@burkecounty-ga.gov
