The subject line shall reference "Burke LC RFI" the body of the RFI shall include the plan sheet and/or specification reference, contractor name and contact information. Substitution request forms can be found in section 012500 of the specifications. Bid date description: At the time and place listed above proposals will be reviewed between the Owner, Architect, and Contractor. All bids are to be submitted on the bid form provided according to the Instructions to Bidders, to be issued by addendum.
