Site work for a water / sewer project in Waynesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to complete drainage improvements. This includes, but is not limited to, installation of 860 linear feet of 30-inch ADS-HP storm pipe, 1475 linear feet of 24-inch ADS-HP storm pipe, and 355 linear feet of 18-inch ADS-HP storm pipe. The project also includes construction of 9 curb inlets, a storm manhole, 23 grate inlets, pavement replacement, 850 linear feet of curb and gutter replacement, sediment control, and grassing. All work must be completed within 120 calendar days in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bidders must provide proof of a valid "Utility Contractor" license issued by the State of Georgia, and must employ a "Utility Manager" certification holder to oversee the work. A bid bond or certified cashier's check not less than 10% of the base bid is required. Performance and Payment Bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price, will be required of the successful bidder. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used must be produced in the United States. Compliance with affirmative action provisions and E-Verify regulations is required.
