Question Deadline 03/30/2026 All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the manager of the project Lake Arrowhead Community Services District PO Box 700, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352 (USPS) 27307 State Highway 189, Blue Jay, CA 92317 (FedEx, etc.) Project Manager Gus Albarran Telephone: (909) 336-7136 Fax: (909) 337-6715 E-mail galbarran@lakearrowheadcsd.com **For contractors, documents need to be purchased directly from the district office.** The work consists of providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and incidentals necessary to construct approximately 2,650 linear feet of HDPE IPS DR 11 potable waterline (including 1,200 linear feet of 10-inch, 900 linear feet of 8-inch, and 550 linear feet of 6-inch), thirteen 1-inch service lines, and five fire hydrant assemblies. Trench paving shall be per the County of San Bernardino trench specifications and permit. The site of the work is located in Lake Arrowhead, California, at Cumberland Drive & Bald Eagle Ridge Road. Instructions to bidders include: obtaining all plans and specifications from the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District, registering as a planholder with the District to receive addenda, payment of a registration fee unless plans are purchased directly from the District, and compliance with prevailing wage requirements as determined by the Director of the State of California Department of Industrial Relations.
