The project is expected to be awarded on September 23, 2025.** The work consists of providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and incidentals necessary to construct: Install approximately 98 L.F. of 8-inch PVC SDR 26 sewer, construct three (3) manholes, rehabilitate one (1) manhole, properly abandon old 6-inch sewer main and abandon three (3) existing manholes. Trench paving shall be per Caltrans Encroachment Permit. The site of the work is located in: Lake Arrowhead, California All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, payable to the order of the District (Lake Arrowhead Community Services District), amounting to ten percent (10%) of the bid, or by a bond in said amount and payable to said District Preliminary Matters, the Contractor will be required to furnish with the Contract a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the aggregate amount of the bid, and a labor and material bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid Question Deadline 08/26/2025 All work shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Contract Notice to Proceed by the District It has been determined that the damage sustained by the District as a result of Contractor's breach of his agreement to complete work within the time agreed upon may result in damages of $300.00 per calendar day
