Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Arrowhead, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes: pulverizing 4,400 LF of existing asphalt roadway. Then, grade, shape, compact and pave with compacted HMA, adjust existing valve cans and sewer manholes/clean-outs to grade, including sweeping, clean up, traffic control and all other work necessary to satisfactorily complete this project as shown on the Bid Docs, including Specs and Project Exhibits. All bidders shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3, of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California and possess a California A (General Engineering) or C-12 (Earthwork and Paving) Contractors License at the time of the scheduled bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a bid bond in favor of the District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the contract.
