The project will add classrooms, support spaces, and outdoor play areas, with an emphasis on community partnerships, sustainability, and cost-effective design within a budget of $600,000 to $1,200,000 Expand existing childcare facility Renovate ~2,900 SF existing building Expand to ~9,400 SF total Create flexible, safe learning spaces Support local contractor partnerships Maximize value within project budget Modified entry and lobby Indoor play / flex room Updated kitchen and dining New director office Expanded infant and toddler classrooms New toddler and preschool classrooms Support spaces: storage, laundry, mechanical, data Bidders must submit their bids and qualifications by the specified deadline.
