Site work for a water / sewer project in Ashton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all equipment, labor, materials, and appurtenances required to construct 5,950 linear feet of 8-inch CIPP sewer liner, 55 service reinstatements, and other incidental work related to sanitary sewer CIPP lining. Bids must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equal to five percent of the proposal. Contractors and subcontractors on USEPA federally assisted construction projects must pay wages not less than those established by the U.S. Department of Labor. Bidders must submit EPA Form 5700-49 certifying they are not debarred or suspended. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 and requirements for disadvantaged business participation. All iron and steel products used in the project must be produced in the United States, unless a waiver is provided by the EPA. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
