As of March 26, 2026, the project has been awarded to Empire Snow Management and Jim Brozell Construction with total awarded amount of $168, 760. Public notice is given that sealed bids will be received for BID #22601 -Restoration of Sidewalks, Curbs and Driveways. Specifications may be obtained free of charge from the Purchasing Office at the Administration Building, with electronic copies available upon request. Each bid must include a certified check payable to the organization or a bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company approved by the Owner, as listed in the most current appropriate federal publication. Bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must be submitted with each bid; otherwise, the bid will be considered non-responsive and rejected. No bid bond will be waived or returned due to non-compliance with contract requirements or applicable laws. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty calendar days after the scheduled closing time. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive any informalities in the bidding.
