Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Dallas, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Commissioning Services for Gaston Colleges construction of a new Health Science Education and Simulation Center. SCOPE Letters of Interest, qualifications statements, and SF-254 will be received for Commissioning Services (MEP & Building Envelope) for the new 80,000 sf Health Science Education and Simulation Center at the Dallas Campus of Gaston College in Dallas, NC. The new facility will consist of a stand-alone facility adjacent to the existing David Belk Canon Building. The project will be constructed by Shelco and delivered via CM at Risk. Work included but not limited to the following services, and all work shall be performed in accordance with the project specifications and plans. Note: The Building Envelope services shall be provided as a subconsultant to the MEP Commissioning services. QUESTIONS All questions should be directed to Mack Millen via email.
