The work consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for the removal of existing lift station pumps; purchase and installation of new lift station pumps at each lift station; and the installation of dedicated emergency generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), electrical systems, controls, and associated appurtenances for each facility, all in accordance with the contract plans and specifications, to serve HCMUD No. 171 Lift Station No. 3 and Lift Station No. 4. A Bidder submitting electronic bids must submit its bid and bid securities in compliance with Owners Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules, and all bids and bid securities must be submitted through www.civcastusa.com. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees that the contract documents may be accepted, executed, or agreed to through the use of an electronic signature in accordance with Owners Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
