CONTRACT NO. 26-R01 2026 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM: The scope of work includes approximately 12,800 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, ¾” Superpave WMA leveling course, 2½” Superpave WMA binder course and 1½” Superpave WMA wearing course, base repair, structure adjustments to grade, concrete and bituminous curb replacement, thermoplastic linestriping, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration. CONTRACT NO. 26-SW01 2026 CONCRETE SIDEWALK AND CURB SPOT REPAIRS: The scope of work includes spot repairs for concrete sidewalks and curbs at various locations in Edgeworth Borough including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. CONTRACT NO. 26-S1 CHURCH LANE SANITARY SEWER LINING (PHASE 2): The scope of work includes the complete manhole to manhole cured in-place lining of approximately 400 LF of 24” sanitary sewer, pre/post repair CCTV and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. All bidders are required to buy the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit from QuestCDN using the provided project numbers. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Edgeworth. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and The Public Works Employment Verification Act. Bidders will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
