Shade structure will be procured and installed by the District. All other associated work, included in the DSA approved set, will be included as part of this bid. No bidder shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy or completeness of Bid Documents obtained from any source other than the Plan Room. The costs of obtaining the Bid Documents, if any, may vary depending on format requested, but in no event will the District refund or reimburse any such costs to any bidder.
