This work consists of excavation, pavement milling, subbase repair, concrete curb and gutter replacement, concrete sidewalk and ADA ramp replacement, asphalt paving, and pavement markings. Bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled. All contractors and subcontractors must be properly licensed in the Town of Munster. Bids must be executed on forms contained in the contract documents and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2009), which includes a non-collusion affidavit, will be required, as well as a local E-Verify Affidavit. The Town of Munster reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the contract to any bidder to its advantage or to reject any and all bids. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
