Description

Site work and new construction of a religious / funeral development in Caldwell, Idaho. Working plans call for the construction of a 64-cell religious / funeral development; and for site work for a religious / funeral development.

This project has been put on hold until further notice to complete further design and permitting. The City of Caldwell is soliciting qualified firms for the design and construction of a new 64-crypt mausoleum at Canyon Hill Cemetery. The scope includes a comprehensive, turnkey solution encompassing design, engineering, permitting, and construction services. The project requires adherence to all applicable regulations and budget parameters and should reflect high standards of quality, durability, and respectful design suitable for a municipal cemetery. Experienced firms with expertise in mausoleum development are invited to submit proposals.
