Renovation of an educational facility in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Subcontract proposals are invited for renovations at Goodyear Elementary School for the Glynn County Board of Education at 5505 Altama Avenue, Brunswick, GA. Proposals must be submitted to Pope Construction Company, Inc. and will be reviewed by the Owner, Architect, and Contractor. All bids must be submitted on the provided bid form according to the Instructions to Bidders. All RFI’s must be emailed to the Construction Manager, referencing “GES RFI” in the subject line, and must include plan sheet or specification reference, contractor name, and contact information. Substitution request forms are available in section 012500 of the specifications. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered and authorized to use the Federal Work Authorization Program "Employment Eligibility Verification (EEV)" as per Georgia law O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91. Plans, Specifications, and Addenda are available at no cost at www.popeconstructionco.com and in the iSqFt plan room, but subcontractor registration is required. It is the proposer's responsibility to check for and acknowledge all addenda before submitting bids.
