The scope includes the provision of a restroom structure with separate men's and women's facilities, each containing multiple stalls and lavatories. Additionally, the facility should include a large room with a roll-up door that can function as a concession stand during athletic games and events at the park. The selected vendor will provide a restroom structure with men's and women's facilities including multiple stalls and lavatories for each. The facility shall also include a large room with roll-up door which can serve as a concession stand during athletic games and events at the park. Pre-fabricated structures are requested for this project. The restroom structures shall include, at a minimum, the items listed in Section 4: Scope of Work. Because the facilities will be located at a waterfront parks, the facilities must be able to withstand potential flooding and high winds during tropical storm events. The facilities must be easily maintained on a daily basis, in addition to requiring minimal maintenance over its lifespan. The City will prepare the site according to the vendor's specifications, and will provide water, sanitary sewer and electric utilities as necessary to service the facilities. 4. Scope of Work: Furnish and install one (1) ADA compliant, multi-flush restroom building including the following minimum requirements: o Reinforced concrete walls, floor, and roof o Stucco or split-face block exterior wall texture o Men's restroom facilities including one (1) urinal, one (1) toilet stall, and hand wash sink o Women's restroom facilities including two (2) toilet stalls and hand wash sink o All accessory fixtures such as paper dispensers, soap dispensers, mirrors, hand dryers o Stainless steel plumbing fixtures o Electric lighting with motion sensor control and ventilation fan o Concession room with roll-up door o Maintenance/Utility/Storage Chase o Floor Drains o Keyed Deadbolt Exterior Door locks o Galvanized Doors and Frames o Compliant with all local (Brunswick, GA) building codes o Suitable for construction in FEMA AE Flood Zone 5.
