The City of Bluefield, West Virginia is seeking responses for asphalt paving within city limits. Work includes paving listed streets with requirements such as curb cuts, surface overlay (minimum 2 inches), milling, and asphalt curbing where noted. Locations and scope for each street are specified by beginning and ending coordinates, with paving to match existing roadway or intersection grades. Curbing must be replaced where current curbing is deemed ineffective and additional curbing may be required during construction as directed. Proposal Requirements: - A list of similar projects and references - Scope or outline of work and time frame for completion - Pricing for each street individually, as well as price per ton - Proposed total price for all paving Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked.
