Site work for a civil project in Tucson, Arizona. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project scope includes but is not limited to assessing necessary extents of soil cement bank protection from Drexel Road to Valencia Road on the Santa Cruz River, design and construct bank protection along the Santa Cruz River from Drexel Road to Valencia Road and extend the Loop and river park amenities from Drexel Road to Valencia Road. As of March 16, 2026, this project is currently in design. Design is anticipated to be complete fall 2027 with estimated construction from fall 2027 to completion in the summer 2029. Owner may combine this with a FEMA project. Bidding opportunities will be posted on Pima County Procurement site.
