The City of Tucson is seeking to retain up to ten consultants to provide professional consulting services for on-call bicycle and pedestrian planning, design, and engineering services for various infrastructure projects. Each individual project will not exceed $1,000,000, with typical projects under $500,000. The contract term is one year with two two-year renewal options. Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis, and the contract is not exclusive nor a commitment of need. Each project will have a negotiated scope of work and not-to-exceed fee, allowing for flexibility and efficiency in delivering infrastructure improvements. Interested firms must indicate which scope(s) of work they are proposing for, with evaluation criteria specific to the selected scope(s).
