The City of Tucson Water Project Management Section of the Planning and Engineering Division is seeking to retain up to ten consultants for professional engineering services. The scope includes providing contract documents for construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for new and replacement potable and non-potable water distribution and transmission mains. Work may include pipe corridor route study, pipe alignment, profile, material type, and sizing, hydraulic analysis, short main replacement, meter relocation with private plumbing, permanent and temporary on-call construction easements, design memorandum, utility conflicts, traffic control, utility trench pavement, survey, and post-design construction administration and inspection services. Each individual project will have a limit of up to one million dollars, with the project scope, budget, and schedule determined by Tucson Water to accommodate their needs.
