Renovation of a conference / convention center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Single Prime Bids are requested for the Sterns Cultural Center Reroofing Project at North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, North Dakota. All bids are to be in accordance with prepared Bidding Documents. PDF/Digital Bidding Documents may be obtained by prime bidders from the Architect. Hard copy sets of drawings are available to prime bidders for a non-refundable fee. Bids must comply with North Dakota bond and license requirements and the North Dakota Century Code Chapter 48-01.2. Each bid submission must include two separate sealed envelopes, one marked "Bid Proposal" and the other "Bid Bond," attached to each other. The "Bid Proposal" envelope must contain two copies of the Bid form. The "Bid Bond" envelope must include a Bidder's Security Bond for five percent of the full bid amount, a completed Bidder's Questionnaire, and proof of a valid North Dakota Contractor's License for the bid amount. Performance and Labor/Material Payment bonds are required for the project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein. Refer to the Information to Bidders for specific bid submittal instructions.
