Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Reinforce two chimneys and repoint six chimneys by performing chimney scoping assessments, removing and reinstalling chimney caps, stabilizing masonry below the roofline using lightweight cast-in-place cementitious flue-lining systems, and installing vent tubes at all six chimneys. Work includes repointing mortar joints, cleaning efflorescence, replacing damaged bricks and composite patching, and providing epoxy repair to damaged wood elements followed by painting. Additional work includes resoldering joints at flashing and gutters, removing debris, probing gutter configurations, removing and reinstalling wood shakes, and rebuilding damaged jack arches in two areas. Internal grouting is required at four chimneys, with assumed depths of seven feet below the roofline for Chimneys 1 and 2 and five feet below the roofline for Chimneys 3-6. Optional work includes additional masonry repointing and unit-price internal grouting if needed following chimney assessments. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and project requirements.
