Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Sealed proposals are requested for a Cost-Plus Contract Bid Proposal for repairs at Bruce Community Center. Specifications are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent. The City of Dyersburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The successful bidder will provide all labor , materials , equipment , and project management necessaryto complete the work as outlined in the project specifications. This includes: Removal and Replacement of Conventional Foundation Crawl Space in Specified Areas of the Bruce Community Center per the Scope of Work as Outlined in the Foundation Inspection prepared by Kyle Maxwell of Smith SeckmanReid , Inc. (SSR). A copy of the Foundation Inspection will be provided to each Bidder upon request. Additional repairs may be required throughout the facility once encountered by the contractor outside of the areas indicated by the Foundation Inspection by SSR. All work must be Code compliant . This is a Sealed Bid only . Contractors must provide a current State License as well as a current Certificate of Insurance . The City of Dyersburg reservesthe right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities
