The County of Delaware, Pennsylvania is soliciting bids for the LITTLE FLOWER PARK WATER LINE CDBG PROJECT #50-85A for the installation of a new 2" water service and a hose bib at Little Flower Park. Unless otherwise provided, no respondent shall modify, withdraw, or cancel the proposal or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the designated receipt time for bid. The owner reserves the right to waive any requirement set forth in the Invitation to Bid or its related documents and appendices, except where doing so is prohibited by law. Any questions that require an official response must be submitted in writing via PennBid using Vendor Discussions and will be answered via Addendum. Attendees at the pre-bid conference can ask questions regarding the project or the bid process, but responses at the meeting are considered non-binding. Question Deadline 04/01/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Deadline to submit questions via the Online Portal (PennBid). The contractor will make a good faith effort to employ local residents for completion of the project, when it has a need for new employees, in an effort to meet a goal of 10% local worker participation on the project
