The project involves the Senior Center Remodel for Franklin County, located at 39 West Oneida Street, Preston, Idaho. The scope of work includes bathroom renovation, electrical system improvements, fire alarm system, concrete floor leveling, carpet replacement, and exterior door replacement. Bids will be received for a single contract. For requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
