Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Preston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of a new 2MG Type III potable concrete water tank with associated piping, piping tie-ins, structures, earthwork, and electrical and controls. BIDS should be addressed to: CITY OF PRESTON - OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK 70 WEST ONEIDA PRESTON, ID 83263 or delivered in person to the same address. BIDS will be received on the bid date, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter. A contract will be awarded or bids rejected within 60 days of the bid opening. Copies of the Contract Documents and Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of KELLER ASSOCIATES, INC. Contract Documents and Bid Documents will be issued in either a pdf format on compact disc (CD) or as a Paper Document version. Bidders will be required to pay a non-refundable cost of $100 for the Paper Document version or $50 for the CD version. Bid Documents can also be purchased electronically at www.kellerassociates.com via Quest CDN for $30.
