Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of sidewalk and ADA ramp improvements in Preston, Franklin, ID. The work includes pedestrian improvements such as sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and ADA curb ramps. Bidders are required to obtain contract and bid documents from Keller Associates, Inc., either as a PDF on CD, as a paper document, or electronically via QuestCDN for a specified fee. Instructions for obtaining documents and submitting bids are provided. Bidder is required to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.
