As of April 28, 2026 project was awarded to Rock Road Companies Inc., awarded amount is $1,533,213.97 Reconstruction of the intersection of 13th Street and 31st Avenue, currently offset, to be realigned with a single lane roundabout. The northern and western legs of the roundabout will have urban typical sections, while the southern and eastern legs will transition into rural typical sections. The work includes replacement of sections of water main and sanitary sewer main, installation of new storm sewer main, and construction of the roundabout with asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete pedestrian ramps, truck aprons, and drainage flumes. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The project consists of the reconstruction of 31st and 32nd Avenues from 13th Street to 6_ Street , 10th Street from 29th Avenue to 31st Avenue , and 8_ Street from 31st Avenue to 32nd Avenue in the City of Monroe in Green County , Wisconsin . The existing roadways are undivided two -lane residential streets . 31st and 32nd Avenues and 8_ Street have a rural roadway crosssection (except for the west side of 31st Avenue between 12th and 11th Streets ). 10th Street has an urban roadway cross -section .
