Description

Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Monroe, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a detention facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the Green County Jail and Sheriff's Office project in Monroe, Wisconsin. The project is being bid as multiple bid categories to be sub-contracted to the Construction Manager. The bid package includes all remaining sections of work except Detention Equipment, Elevator, Precast Concrete Supply, and Sitework Demolition, which have already been contracted. All bids must be on a stipulated lump sum basis. Bids are to be received at the specified location and must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent of the bid, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The process is subject to compliance with all statutory requirements, and the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, accept or reject any bids, and accept modifications after acceptance of a bid.
