Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified contractors for upgrading existing lighting to LED at various locations. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications herein.
