The City of Silver Grove, Kentucky, invites proposals from qualified, competent, knowledgeable, and experienced providers for solid waste and recycling collection and disposal services as outlined in the request for proposals. Companies submitting responses must be prepared to enter into an agreement for the provision of the requested services and goods as set forth in the RFP. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the specified notice for solid waste and recycling collection. Proposals will be time-stamped upon arrival. Responses must be submitted by the stated deadline; late submissions will be considered non-responsive. The evaluation of proposals will be conducted using the General Bidding Statute through the sealed bidding process. Final award will be based upon the criteria set forth and may include a preference for residential bidders where required. The City is not required to accept either the lowest or best bid, and acceptance of a bid is at the full discretion of the City of Silver Grove, Kentucky. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any and all proposals.
