Design-build construction services are anticipated for the Little Creek Campground project under a total small business set-aside. The work will be solicited under NAICS 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million, and classified under Product Service Code Y1PA for construction of structures and facilities. The estimated period of performance is from September 1, 2026 through June 1, 2027. A request for proposals is anticipated to be issued in late May 2026, with proposals due approximately 30 days after RFP issuance. A site visit is expected to occur approximately one to two weeks following issuance of the RFP.
