The scope of work for the contract includes installing curb extensions, sidewalk, pedestrian access ramps, roadway excavation, paving, planted raised medians, subsurface soil cells, irrigation system, trees, and plantings on State Street between Haven Ave and 2100 South. Instructions to bidders: The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids until 4:00 p.m. on April 10th, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be opened. All required documents for the bidding process shall be submitted directly to Bonfire by the deadline. Plans and specifications can be obtained from Bonfire or the City Recorder. A pre-bid conference will be required. All questions regarding the project shall be submitted by 5:00 PM on April 3rd, 2026. A 5% Bid Security will be required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed in the best interest of the City.
