INVITATIONAL - Only invited contractors listed below are allowed to attend the mandatory meeting: Hadfield Construction Northway Construction Rod Lewis Construction The project consists of a minor remodel to the existing shop mezzanine area. The work includes installation of a new HVAC system, refresh of existing office spaces, new ceilings and lighting, new carpet, and the creation of additional storage areas and workrooms. Only invited contractors-Hadfield Construction, Northway Construction, and Rod Lewis Construction-are allowed to attend the mandatory meeting. Alternate #001: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to prep and paint all existing open-to- structure building elements black, including but not limited to roof deck, structural steel, mechanical ductwork, electrical conduits, and plumbing pipes. Refer to matterport scan in the plans for extent of work. Alternate #002: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related work necessary to construct a new wall above the existing wall separating the existing shop and Office 102. Refer to the reflected ceiling plan for wall extent, locations, and associated details.
