Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Salt Lake City, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Design-build construction services are anticipated for the Little Creek Campground project under a total small business set-aside. The work will be solicited under NAICS 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million, and classified under Product Service Code Y1PA for construction of structures and facilities. The estimated period of performance is from September 1, 2026 through June 1, 2027. A request for proposals is anticipated to be issued in late May 2026, with proposals due approximately 30 days after RFP issuance. A site visit is expected to occur approximately one to two weeks following issuance of the RFP. Prospective offerors must have a Unique Entity ID and an active SAM registration with completed representations and certifications in order to be eligible for award. Location: Little Creek Campground, located on Little Creek Road approximately three miles west of Randolph, Utah (41.677694N, 111.226138W). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
