**As of May 6th, 2026, this project was awarded to HCON Inc. in the amount of $2,193,585** The project consists of the Curtis Hill Road and SR 6 Water Main Replacement for Boistfort Valley Water. Schedule A covers the installation of approximately 8,600 linear feet of 8-inch water main along Curtis Hill Road from 442 Curtis Hill Road to SR 6. Schedule B involves installing around 2,545 linear feet of 8-inch water main along SR 6 from Curtis Hill Road to 1784 State Route 6. Schedule C includes the installation of approximately 790 linear feet of 6-inch water main along SR 6 from Clinton Road to Curtis Hill Road. All necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees are to be provided for the completion of this work. Proposals must be submitted on the provided form and accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashier's check, or proposal bond payable to Boistfort Valley Water, in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal amount. All work is subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. General contractors and all subcontractors must meet DWSRF requirements and provisions. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Boistfort Valley Water reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any proposal.
