The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County requires various fiber project materials for its broadband development within the Randle and Packwood areas of Lewis County, Washington, with delivery at the Chehalis warehouse. All materials must be certified as Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) compliant. The purchase of materials utilizes state and federal grant funds with specific requirements applying to bid responses. A five percent bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or surety bond must be submitted with the bid. The awarded vendor shall be registered or licensed as required by the laws of Washington if it has a physical presence nexus or has gross receipts more than $100,000 within Washington state. Failure to comply with any part of the solicitation instructions may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. Bids must be entitled as "26-036-IFB | Fiber Materials Randle Delivery" and delivered to Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County, 321 N.W. Pacific Avenue, Chehalis, Washington 98532. The District reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject all bids received without penalty and not to issue a contract.
