Sealed bids are invited for Construction Work involving structural repairs at the Witter Museum, New York State Fairgrounds, Syracuse (Onondaga County), NY. Bidders must prepare and submit their bids according to the instructions provided and include a bid security in the specified amount. Successful bidders must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, each for 100% of the contract value. The estimated contract value for C is between $250,000 and $500,000. Specific communication restrictions apply during the procurement process, and compliance with New York State procurement laws is required. The substantial completion date for the project is 387 days after approval by the Comptroller. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled, and prospective bidders are urged to attend by registering at least 48 hours in advance. Certain findings of non-responsibility can result in rejection for contract award and in the event of two findings within a four-year period, the bidder is debarred from obtaining governmental Procurement Contracts.
