The purpose is to develop a list of pre-qualified respondents able to provide asset management and asset reliability services using state-of-the-art technologies on an on-call basis, and to set forth project-specific agreement award procedures for work within the solicited program. Respondents may propose and be pre-qualified in any or all of the following categories, provided they meet requirements: Category 1 - Asset Management Services: Advising on preliminary investigations for asset management, providing advice based on other agencies' programs, technical evaluations, support for strategic/tactical plan updates, and assistance in consensus-building and decision-making activities. Scope includes infrastructure assets and facilities only. Category 2 – Asset Reliability Services: Assessing maintenance engineering and assisting with reliability initiatives such as condition-based monitoring, reliability centered maintenance, FMEA, analysis of repetitive equipment problems, and other technical investigations to optimize maintenance and increase reliability. Category 3 – Asset Reliability Software Support Services: Providing business-side support for reliability tools (including IBM Maximo), dashboard and software configuration support, business process design, and requirements gathering for system improvements related to asset reliability and management.
