Site work for a development in Council, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Scope of Work This project includes the removal and reconstruction of 3.5 miles of segmented interior Forest Service fence and Forest Service/BLM boundary fences on the Council Ranger District of the Payette National Forest. Fence construction will not be a contiguous 3.5 miles, but rather seven distinct segments of fence where either BLM lands border Forest Service lands, or interior Forest Service fences are needed. This project will include removal of all old fence material from the site and clearing vegetation and large woody debris as needed for the new fence line construction. The fence construction will consist of permanent, four strand, barbed wire, let down, livestock fence. (see 3.0). Questions shall be submitted via email to Terri.Tucker@usda.gov and are due no later than March 23rd, at 1700 MT Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email There will be no site visit required with this contract. PROJECT LOCATION: The work is located on the Council Ranger District, Payette National Forest approximately 30 miles from Council, Idaho. The approximate location of the segments of fence in need of fence removal and fence reconstruction are as follows; Mill Creek Summit PNF/BNF Boundary Fence (T13N R2E Sec. 13 NESE), Southern Tip to Smith Gulch FS/BLM Boundary Fence
